- Business name, website, location, and industry.
- Appointment details and scheduling preferences.

Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, sensitive personal information, or private customer records through our general inquiry or onboarding forms.
Information collected automatically
Our website and service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring page, and interactions with our website and booking tools.
Analytics and advertising measurement
We use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) on our website. The Meta Pixel is a piece of code that allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising by understanding the actions people take on our website. It can help us understand which ads lead to conversions—such as booking a demonstration—and may be used to build audiences for remarketing on Meta’s advertising platforms.
When you visit our website, the Meta Pixel may set cookies in your browser and collect information such as your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you visit, and the actions you take. This information may be sent to and stored by Meta on servers located outside your country. Meta may use this information to provide measurement services and to improve its services, and it may share this information with third parties where required by law or where these third parties process the information on Meta’s behalf.
You can learn more about how Meta uses the information it collects through the Meta Pixel in Meta’s privacy policy and data policy, available at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to questions and requests.
- Schedule consultations and send appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates.
- Understand your business needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Prepare proposals, onboarding materials, draft configurations, and knowledge bases.
- Provide customer support and administer our business relationship.
- Send service-related communications.
- Send marketing communications where permitted and obtain consent where required.
- Maintain and improve our website and processes.
- Protect our systems, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Submitting a form or booking an appointment does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to:
Service providers
We use providers to support website hosting, customer relationship management, forms, scheduling, email, messaging, and related business operations. These include our scheduling and CRM platform and, where used for consultation scheduling or meetings, calendar and video meeting providers. Providers receive information needed to perform their services.
Authorized personnel and advisers
Information may be accessed by personnel who need it for their work and professional advisers assisting with legal, accounting, or business matters.
Legal and safety purposes
We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse, or address security concerns.
Business transactions
Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law and the protections described in this policy.
At your direction
We may disclose information when you ask or authorize us to do so.
Advertising and analytics platforms
We disclose certain website interaction information to Meta Platforms, Inc. through the Meta Pixel so that we can measure advertising performance and, where permitted, show our advertising to people who have visited our website (remarketing). The information shared may include your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and actions taken on our website, such as booking a demonstration. Meta’s use of this information is governed by Meta’s privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.
Depending on your location, you may have choices about how Meta and other advertising platforms use information collected through pixels and cookies for targeted advertising. See the “Cookies and Similar Technologies” section below for available controls.
Text Messages and Mobile Information
If you opt in to receive text messages from PayRVA, we use your mobile number and related information to deliver the types of messages described when you provided consent. These may include appointment reminders, responses to inquiries, onboarding updates, or marketing messages if you separately consent to them.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the details below.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not disclosed for third-party marketing. They may be disclosed to messaging service providers, aggregators, and carriers as necessary to deliver messages and administer the messaging service, or as required by law.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies and similar technologies may support website functionality and, where enabled, analytics and advertising activities described in this policy. The Meta Pixel described above uses cookies to recognize your browser and measure your interactions with our website.
You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. Blocking certain cookies may affect website functionality and may limit our ability to measure advertising performance.
To opt out of interest-based and targeted advertising from Meta and other participating companies, you can use the following choices:
- Meta’s ad preferences and opt-out tools, available at facebook.com/settings (under Ad preferences).
- The Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out tool at optout.aboutads.info, and the Network Advertising Alliance’s opt-out tool at optout.networkadvertising.org.
- Your browser’s “Do Not Track” or privacy settings. Note that we do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals, but the opt-out tools above can help limit interest-based advertising.
Email Preferences
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting us.
We may continue sending necessary nonmarketing communications about appointments, requested services, or your business relationship with us.
AI Receptionist Services and Demonstrations
This policy primarily covers information collected from visitors, prospects, and business contacts through our website, consultation process, and onboarding.
Information collected while operating an AI receptionist for a client business—including caller information, recordings, transcripts, and appointment details—is addressed through the applicable service arrangements and the client business’s privacy notices.
If a demonstration or consultation involves recording or transcription, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required before doing so.
Information Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing requested services, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations.
Retention periods depend on the type of information, the nature of our relationship, and applicable requirements. Information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems.
Information Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Privacy Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to ask questions about its use.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including rights concerning targeted advertising or certain disclosures of personal information.
We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information may be retained where permitted or required by law. If applicable law gives you the right to appeal a decision regarding your request, you may contact us to request an appeal.
