PayRVA Growth Hub Terms of Service
Effective date: October 15, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PayRVA Growth Hub website, landing pages, consultation calendar, inquiry and onboarding forms, and related communications.
These resources are operated by RWM Holdings LLC, doing business as PayRVA (“PayRVA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using these resources, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Eligibility and Business Use
Our resources are intended for individuals age 18 or older acting on their own behalf or on behalf of a business.
If you provide information or enter into an agreement on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to do so.
2. Information About Our Services
PayRVA Growth Hub offers business tools and related support, which may include AI receptionist services, missed call text back, appointment scheduling, customer communications, and other automation services.
Website descriptions and demonstrations provide general information. Actual capabilities depend on your selected services, configuration, integrations, and applicable service agreement.
We may update our offerings and website content. Changes to an existing client’s paid services are governed by that client’s agreement.
3. Consultations and Appointment Booking
Booking a consultation reserves time to discuss your business needs and our services. It does not activate services, establish a subscription, or require you to purchase.
Please provide accurate contact information and use the cancellation or rescheduling options in your appointment communications if your availability changes.
Meeting details, including location or video meeting links, will be provided through the booking process or related communications.
4. Proposals, Pricing, and Service Agreements
Any purchase of paid services is subject to the applicable proposal, order form, or service agreement accepted by you and PayRVA.
That agreement will establish the services provided, pricing, included usage, additional charges, billing arrangements, term, cancellation provisions, and any refund terms.
A monthly price displayed on our website does not, by itself, establish a month-to-month contract or include every service described on the website.
If these Terms conflict with a separately executed service agreement, the service agreement controls for the services it covers.
5. Onboarding, Configuration, and Approval
If you proceed with services, you are responsible for providing accurate, current business information and identifying any restrictions on its use.
This may include services offered, business hours, service areas, approved pricing, scheduling rules, call-routing instructions, staff contact details, and escalation procedures.
Completing an onboarding questionnaire does not activate your receptionist. Configuration, approval, integration setup, and testing must be completed before launch.
You are responsible for reviewing the materials submitted for your approval and notifying us of inaccurate or outdated information.
Do not submit passwords, payment card details, or private customer records through general inquiry or onboarding forms. We will coordinate appropriate methods for any required account access.
6. AI Receptionist and Automation Limitations
AI-generated responses and automated processes can make errors, misunderstand requests, or fail to complete an action. They require appropriate configuration, testing, and ongoing review.
AI receptionist services support your business and staff. They do not replace professional judgment or provide legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.
These services are not emergency response services. Businesses must maintain appropriate procedures for emergencies, urgent matters, and situations requiring human attention.
Appointment booking depends on connected calendars, accurate availability, configured rules, and functioning integrations. Missed call text back sends an automated response as configured; it does not necessarily include ongoing AI text conversations.
Unless expressly included in a service agreement, we do not guarantee that every call will be answered, every message delivered, every appointment successfully booked, or any particular business result achieved.
7. Your Responsibilities
When using our resources or services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information and keep relevant business details current.
- Have permission to provide information about employees or other individuals.
- Obtain permissions and consents required for your use of communications, recordings, messaging, and customer information.
- Use services lawfully and in accordance with your service agreement.
- Maintain appropriate human oversight and follow-up procedures.
- Protect login credentials and limit account access to authorized users.
You may not use our resources to send unlawful or unwanted communications, impersonate others, submit malicious content, interfere with systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
Responsibilities specific to a deployed service may be addressed further in your service agreement.
8. Email, Phone, and Text Communications
When you request information or book a consultation, we may contact you about your inquiry, appointment, or requested services using the contact information you provide, subject to applicable consent requirements.
Marketing text messages require the consent described at the point of enrollment. Providing a phone number or booking an appointment does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.
PayRVA Growth Hub Text Messaging
If you opt in, messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, inquiry responses, onboarding updates, service communications, or promotional messages where you separately consent to them.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or contact hello@payrva.com or (804) 220-0825.
- Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
- After opting out, you may receive a final message confirming your request.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided in those emails. Necessary nonmarketing communications may continue as permitted by law.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, available through the Privacy Policy link on our website.
9. Privacy and Recording
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through our website, booking tools, forms, and related communications.
If a consultation or demonstration involves recording or transcription, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required.
The handling of information processed for client businesses through deployed services is also subject to the applicable service agreement and relevant client privacy notices.
10. Third-Party Services
Our resources and services may rely on third-party platforms, including hosting, scheduling, communications, and video meeting providers.
Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability, delivery performance, and functionality may affect the services we provide.
We do not control independent third-party services. Our responsibilities for integrations and service interruptions are further addressed in any applicable service agreement.
11. Website Content and Intellectual Property
The PayRVA name, logos, website design, and original content are owned by PayRVA or used with permission.
You may view and use our website for legitimate business inquiries and evaluation of our services. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit our branding or original website materials without permission, except as permitted by law.
You retain ownership of business information and materials you provide. You authorize us to use those materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate your needs, prepare drafts, and provide requested services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
12. Demonstrations and Results
Sample conversations, notification cards, appointment examples, and other demonstrations are illustrative unless expressly identified otherwise.
They do not represent guaranteed performance, actual customer outcomes, or a promise of increased revenue, bookings, or savings.
13. Website Availability and Disclaimers
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and useful, but errors or interruptions may occur.
To the extent permitted by law, our website and informational resources are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties regarding uninterrupted access, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Warranties and service commitments for paid services, if any, are established in the applicable service agreement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PayRVA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website, informational materials, or consultation booking tools.
Liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Restrictions and Termination
We may restrict access to our website or related resources when reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, misuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms.
Suspension or termination of paid services is governed by the applicable service agreement.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with an updated effective date.
Changes apply prospectively. We will provide additional notice or obtain agreement when required by law. Changes to these website Terms do not automatically amend a separately executed service agreement.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute-resolution provisions in a separately executed service agreement govern disputes relating to that agreement.
